Helloo.
Ive started working out at home now instead of going to the gym as its alot easier to just hop straight into a workout
I lift 3/4 times a week and ride bike trials (cardio) for about 2hours a session and I ride about 4x a week 
For the weight routine at home should I do body part workouts or full body workouts? If I were to do body parts each workout would it be ok to workout for 30mins as im only doing 1 or 2 body parts? Or would it be better to have a full body workout twice maybe three times a week or do different body parts each workout but have 4 maybe 5 workout sessions a week for weights?
