Full body,Just dumbells

ok I've been reseaching for a month now and for the noobs I get full body workouts are awsome for anyone all I have are dumbells and thats all my mom will buy me plus I can't go to a gym so I need a full body workout routine that I can do with just dumbells as for cardio I'm good I've been doing cardio for about a year and still going and I just started weight training 2 weeks ago:cool:
 
db workouts are all i do in the winter and in the summer i use my olympic set outside-with that being said you can basically do the same exercises for both

legs-walking lunges,squats,step ups,bulgarian squats,deadlifts
chest-flat bench press,incline, decline, dips, fllyes
shoulders-presses,upright rows,flyes,front raises
back-bentover rows-single arm elbows in or out flyes,pullups
triceps-overhead extensions,lying extensions,kickbacks
biceps-any variation of curl
calves-heel raises standing holding db or seated with db on top of thigh
abs-crunch with db overhead

dont do all of these just pick one per body part to start with and do 3x10-12

good thanks awsome dude but I need more then just exercises I need to know a workout scedual like what days do I rest and whats days do I do the full bodyworkouts and when and how I'm spossed to squze in cardio in that scedual
 
every other day 3x per week is best mon wed fri or tues thurs sat also you have to microperiodize by going heavy light heavy light this gives you two heavy days one week then two light days the next week this allows for proper recovery and as far as cardio goes do it right after weight training or of you dont have time do it in the morning and lift at night but not too late or you wont get no sleep
