ok I've been reseaching for a month now and for the noobs I get full body workouts are awsome for anyone all I have are dumbells and thats all my mom will buy me plus I can't go to a gym so I need a full body workout routine that I can do with just dumbells as for cardio I'm good I've been doing cardio for about a year and still going and I just started weight training 2 weeks ago
