front of thighs

Help! I've been working out and losing a little weight...not much as I am very thin...so what do I do about the jiggly front of my thighs?!

What exercises can I do to tone these up?

Thank you!!

Hi there,
there is no execise that you can do that will make you lose fat from any certain area. There's just no such thing as spot reduction. Sounds like your body's favorite place to hold fat is the front of the thigh. Our bodies favorite place to hold fat is often the last place for us to lose it.
It would benefit you to do exercises for the front of your thighs, and all over for that matter. Building a little muscle would be a good thing. That way as you lose fat you will have a nice firm look. For the fronts of the thighs specifically you can do exercises such as squats and lunges. Once they become easy without weights hold a barbell over your shoulders to make it more challenging.

Hi, im new. i have exactly the same problem, im totally fine with my weight, its just my thighs (Well inbetween them) that i worry about the most. I know other people wont notice, but when ur in a bikini, it's really like 'aaahh.' Ive been told just lots of running is the best way. Good luck.. im still trying. x

My suggestion... gain some muscle and loose some fat

basically you cant tone fat and that is what jiggles, so loose a little of it and replace it with muscle.... in other words, lift some weights for that. Something as simple as long step dumbbell walking lunges works the treat for a starter in this case.

imho
cheers

Losing the fat stored in the thighs depends heavily on nutrition. In addition cardiovascular exercises such as running are very good for keeping the thighs from gaining fat while still losing lots of it.

Increase your protein intake - eggs, lean meat, chicken, fish, etc. All these will help support your metabolism.

At the same time eliminate junk food from your meals.

All this will make a huge difference quickly. Once you start losing the fat, squats, lunges, leg curls, stiff-legged dead lifts, leg extensions, and calf raises will all help you tone your legs.
