I have been working out 5 days a week for 7 months. I have lost several inches and 10 pound. I have reached a couple of plateaus and have for them disheartening. I have started changing up my work outs so different muscles get used white strength training and aerobics. My goal is 126LBs and I now weight 177. I will be tracking the progress from today.
 
There's nothing wrong with taking 7 months to lose 10lbs, plus if you really exercise that much you've probably gained a bit of muscle.But that weight is less likely to come back than people who lose 10lbs in a week!

What are you eating like?
