From scrawny to not so scrawny (Feb til July)

I go on holiday this Tuesday the 3rd July so I thought I would put some progress pics up.

Started off in Feb 07, age 17, 5'10, 128lbs bag of bones would never even dream about taking my top off in front of anyone because I was too embarrased!

Now, July 1st 2007 I am still 5'10 approx 148lbs and not so scared to take my top off.

There is not a huge difference but I feel more confident now about myself.

I would like to have the body of a god when I am about 20ish.

After my holiday my plans are to do a bit of cardio (depending on if I have put on any fat over my holiday) and then continue bulking.
I am also going to change my workout and possibly modify part of my diet a little.

Remember this is only part of my diet

My current breakfast is :
1 Tin of Mackeral Fillets (oily fish)
1 Pop Tart (dextrose content and gives me a bit of energy in morning)
1 Multivitamin
1 Fish oil capsule

My lunch/snacks while at work are:
Tuna, Ham, Cheese, Chicken, Tomato, Cucumber and lettuce Sandwiches.

I am starting to get bored of eating mackeral every morning and also starting to get bored of the same sandwiches (tuna especially)

Can anyone advise me on what to change in my diet?
 
theres some real noticable progress, spechally the pecs and shoulders, you dont look so bony anymore. How is the back and legs looking?

Back is not bad, I have made excellent progress with my lats,
currently doing snatch cuban presses, deadlifts, bent over rows and pull ups for my back.

for my legs I am currently doing lunges, step ups, leg press, leg curls, extentions

squat rack is crap at gym so have to do other stuff

Thank god someone said it. Haha just kidding betsie. Good progress though man. What do the legs look like thats the question.
 
18 now.

LOL sorry about what I am wearing, It is my beach attire for when I go on holiday!

I will be chasing the ladies in those pants lol

My legs are still pretty weedy. They always have been, but I do work them out.

The squat rack is not very good its a bit wobbly and not set up.
 
yeah, but you can still use it right? Do you work out at home? if so, fix it. If its at a gym, have the staff fix it, having a squat rack thats so unstable using it would be dangeoraus poses a great threat to the gym, because if someone gets injured because of the bad rack, they are in troubble.

their important! ;) but there are good alternatives, like lunges and bulgarian squats, two of my favs.
