I thought that like, school started after Labor Day. Maybe in the Stone Age when I was a youngster or something.....

Thanks!!!! It took close to a year all together. It probably would have been quicker if I wouldn't have fallen off the wagon a few times! :blush5:

It won't work with a shuffle, but it will work with every other iPod. I don't think it will work with other brands of mp3 players, because it is Apple and Nike that put it out together...

They are slowly moving it closer and closer to Labor Day. This last year was the first year it started in late August and ended in June. Every other year, it started in mid August and ended in May.

I'm excited to be back on my schedule, but it sucks, because it takes me away from here!!! I used to be able to check WLF all day long!!! :(

Nah, just give the kids a ton of arbitrary in-class assignments and get your ass on the computer! I'm pretty sure that's what my teachers used to do and I turned out ok. :biggrinjester:

Hey! :)

The boot camp was over on August 1st. I went from 18.6% body fat to 17.4%, and I lost inches from my arms, waist, and thighs! Yay!

I actually do get a lot about how much weight I lost, and I love it!!!

I am mad at myself right now, because I have gone from 145 to 149! True, I am on my period, but I haven't been restricting myself the way I used to. The period may be playing a part, but trust me, I'm playing a guilty part as well. I don't know where my will power is lately!!! I am getting mad at myself, and I almost feel guilty about all the weight loss compliments, because I don't feel like I deserve them right now. I mean I know there's a huge difference from before, but I feel like a hypocrite when I eat too much!

Tomorrow is Meet the Teacher night. I get to meet the kids and parents (that show up). I'm hoping a few of my last year parents notice the weight loss. I'm wearing a cute dress that shows me off (not in a skanky way, of course!)! :D On the down side, I won't get home until 7:00. Yuck.
 
Don't be so hard on yourself... you pick em up... you lose em again... it's always going to go up and down (and as long as it's in your healthy range, no worries!!!)

You KNOW you have control over how your body looks now. Sometimes it's okay to be fine with "good enough" :)

Don't trip, periods often do that and it's not going to screw you up in the long run. Let's see, I went up 4 lbs too this period, and back down again, and I ate pizza, ice cream, and beer. So.......I'm sure you'll return to 145 and lower :) And you'll look great in your dress, no hypocrisy here!!!
 
I agree with Val and Anke... 4 pounds is not something to feel guilty over, especially when you have your monthly friend ;) You pick up a couple lbs, you lose a couple lbs.... Thats how it goes. Are you trying to maintain at 145, or did you want to lose more (not that you need to at all, I just can't remember your plans :) )

I hope you get some great compliments on your weight loss from some people you haven't seen in awhile. You've worked really hard these past months and deserve all the congrats you get :)
