Thanks for keeping my diary alive, guys!
I think my bros are getting a Nintendo Wii for our house, so that is good to know.
Wiis are great! I played even more, and it can definitely be an arm workout! Especially when you do events like the rowing, running, boxing, etc. I was seriously sore! Thanks for popping in, handsome!
Hiya Tyly, hope you are enjoying your time with family and friends. Enjoy that baseball game and I hope your brother wins.
I agree, I think 5'7" and 150 might not be too shabby for ya, especially with all that running you are doing, you'll have runners legs.. =) Anyway, don't listen to what everyone else is saying about being skinny, you are losing weight the healthy way, and are by no means too skinny for your height. Just stay healthy in your eating and habits and all will be well.
Can't wait to hear about your adventures.
Thank you so much for stopping in, Tasha!
I am so happy to be home.
It is so much easier to make better choices here. Not that I am unable to control my actions elsewhere, but it's just easier at home, ya know? We are actually going back to James' family's house tomorrow to see the rest of them, and we won't be back until Sunday (which stinks), but being home today is exactly what I needed. It remotivated me all over again.
I did my C25K Week 9, Day 1 today, and it went great!
I ran at a quicker pace than normal, and I was so tired at the end! In my eyes, those are both good things! I am hoping to keep building my stamina so I won't get so tired, but the only way to do that is to push myself, right?! I am getting closer to the 5K/3.1 miles (today I did 2.58 miles), so I am pretty confident that I will have it down my May 3rd.
