From Future to Present.

Well, I need a bike since my Father got rid of the ones we had. And I am diabetic type 2, just on a pill that I am off for now. So I can resolve mine but I my focus is to keep it low and not go up. So I think I am going to get small salads, mostly and tons of veggies.
 
Finally an Update!

So aside from me killing my self at work in overtime, with no time to work out. I actually was able to finally work out Thursday. I got up in the morning and did 25 mins of cardio with my kick boxing DVD. Then after about 40mins of rest because of waiting on my sister's boyfriend (since he was still sleep on the couch!), we all went to the gym at his apartment's fitness center. I was able to bench press 70lbs laying down, after about five of those, I then lift some more weights being 60lbs pulling down, I had to ten of those frontward and 10 backwards... (That was not pleasant.) I rode a bike for 20mins, which was not easy but I enjoyed it because of the resistance it would give to keep me going. (Thank god I had my ipod with me.) Sunday, we're going for a two mile if not four mile walk, and probably some gym time after that. But I overall feel great, and eh don't want to rush to weigh my self but it needs to be done.
 
Finally a weigh in and I lost 5lbs! Though I'm not too happy about it, but eh all the over time at work cut most of my exercising out but I'm shocked to see I lost something in the midst of it all. Now to push for five more in two weeks.
Tonights plan is going to be:

30 Sit ups
30 minute Kick boxing routine.
20 squats
