From flabby to smokin'

I have started picking back up on the exercise and healthy eating. Though they are nowhere near what I want them to be, I am slowly chugging along. It will get busier with exams and projects due before Dec break but I hope that I can fit it all in.


CW: 114 lbs

GW: 112 lbs (for week) Nov 25th

GW: 100 lbs (ending Jan/Feb 2012)

* Eating fruits, veggies and as raw as possible from Mon-Fri
