I have posted some pics before in my diary. Knowing full well that they weren't "out there" for everyone to comment on.
But I think it is about time that I post in the general picture forum.
Up until yesterday I wouldn't have had the confidence to do this. You see I have been going to a power core class for the last 5 weeks. And in that 5 weeks I have made great progress in my over-all shape. I haven't lost
my weight at a faster rate or anything like that. Just that I think my body is getting toned back up.
Back to yesterday. I have been wearing thses really baggy t-shirts to class because I was too embarassed to be seen in one of those tight workout shirts. Didn't want anyone seeing all my rolls and bulges if ya know what I mean. Well turns out that after 5 weeks of class I really needed to NOT be wearing those big shirts. They were getting in the way of the moves for class. That and everyone could see up/down them when we were doing various positions. Not Cool!
So I bought one of those tight shirts.
Shock of shock.........I look good in it! I mean there are still rolls and bulges but nothing like I was afraid of.
I still have 33 pounds to go to get to my goal of 165. And who knows I may actually go lower but for now that is what I am shooting for.
So anyway here they are:
This is me in Puerto Rico this summer at 230#'s
This is me in early October at 210#'s. Just about the time that I started the PowerCore Class
And this is me today.......literally the pic was taken like 20 minutes ago! LOL
I weigh 198! Thirty-two pounds gone and what a difference it had made! I can't wait to see me in another 30.
So there you have it. I will update as time goes by.
