Finished the first week of February at 266.2 and 13.28 miles in 2:29:31. I've had more stress than I could run miles and that is no excuse for overeating, but it is why I've been weak. I'll be in south Texas next week working my ass off and running every day while eating canned beans and fruit. That should make up for this crappy week and I will come back with my appetite lowered and hopefully with my resolve back. I got a big permit completed which takes some pressure off. I'm working on other options which stresses me out, but it will be for the best in the long run. I've gotten no word on the open-ended west Texas crap, but it is very much like them to send me packing the very next week with little to no warning. Not that warning would help at this point since I will be living out a hotel and away from home.
