From alpha testing to the QUERCUS 200

Ok. Tell me what all the close ups are, for the flower and the fungus mostly. I can pretty clearly see that the fourth pic is some kind of animal vertebrae and the last looks like a water moccasin.
 
The post was all screwy at first. They should have labels now. I can see them. Let me know if you still can't. I'd already posted the snake pic so I deleted it.
 
:) I love those fungus thingies, never saw them when I was a kid but now I will find them every time I go for a walk near my parents´ place (or in their garden). And armadillo tail bones!!!

I'm doing pretty good Cate.

I've been screwing around for a while now diet wise. That ends today. I'm working too hard to not lose weight. I've been overeating in the evenings again. No calories after dinner is the new permanent standard. Any time I fail there will be 3 days of strict calorie counting and food logging here.

Running has been fine. Yesterday was day 195. I've been having some aches and pains so I've backed off the mileage for now.
 
Yesterday day 196 2 miles in 18:13

255.8 this morning no calories after dinner last night.

there will be a new low by Sunday <254.4.

I am still running and still struggling a bit with the diet. I've been bouncing around in the mid to high 250s for over a month now. I pushed pretty hard with my run last night and I'm hopeful that I can break out of this rut. Not gaining beats gaining, but I still have a long way to go and I'm not getting there. Overeating at night is the problem and I just have to stop. I have been very hungry in the evenings. I'm getting good nutrition and I'm not doing any more activity wise, but I have been really hungry. I just need to fight through it for a few days and it will subside.
 
It's tough to maintain the enthusiasm for a long time Q. You'll get it back I'm sure. I have trouble with hunger too. I hate being hungry. You will feel much better if you can stop overeating at night. Perhaps if you switch your meals around a bit it might help. Have a bigger breakfast maybe? If I have a light lunch I'm usually ravenous by night-time. xo Cate
 
I get ravenous even after a decent meal when I´ve been overeating the day before, but it goes away when I´m careful about what I eat for a day or two. Unless there´s not enough fat in my meals. I´m sure you´ll figure out what your reason is, but until then it may not be the worst thing to stick around the same weight for a while. Your body has been working hard for a good long while now and it´s definitely going to give you that last lap too but maybe it just needs a bit of confirmation that despite everything there´s no famine going on. Or something. I don´t know. I only know that with your determination and support from the lovely E you will do this.
 
Just popping in. Sorry you're having a tough time at the moment. I was always hungry at night. I have to say though, after eating low carb for a week... I haven't been hungry at all. I've actually had to make myself eat just to get my calories in. haha. It's so weird. I'm sure you'll figure out what works for you soon. :)
 
Thanks for the feedback Cate, LaMa, and Jen. I ran really hard last night and went to bed super early. That made for a better evening calorie wise. I'm hoping tonight will be easier. I'm feeling pretty good today after 9.5 hours of sleep. I weighed in at 257 this morning.
