From 252 LBS (45% BFP) to 200 LBS (23% BFP) and still going!

September 2010: 252 LBS (45% BFP)




January 2012: 200lbs (23% BFP)




I've already gone the distance to a large degree but I still have more work to do. (The majority of my excess fat is on the torso which I hear is the last place that fat remains before it finally leaves the body) I would love some tips on where to go from here! :D
