From 245 to 176.4

I never took a photo of myself at my heaviest weight of 256.6, but me at 245 is still pretty nasty!

I didn't do anything to lose the back roll but lots of cardio and strength training coupled with a healthy diet. It's still there a little bit, but not nearly as much as it once was! No armpit boobs either.

If it weren't for the differences of the bathroom--I would have sworn that first picture is one of me! We were pretty much identical twins in body shape, right down to the back roll, and elbow! We weighed the same, too!

After reading that you started in early July of 08 I was pretty freakin depressed because that's when I started my 'journey'... Well, I hate to say I fell off my journey about a month later (even after losing 10 lbs) for what reasons I don't know. The depressing part is, if I would have stayed with it, there's a chance I could have had the awesome body you have now!

This is just a reminder for me to never fall off! Because that time flew so fast and I want that after picture of yours bad!

Tremendous progress! I'm excited now for 175 lbs!
