Lads, this is a total windup. Look, he is not even responding to suggestions that he revise his way of thinking. I'm thinking that this is a hoax and we'll all be encouraged to buy this detox nonsense.

IMHO of course. But, if you could actually lose 60lbs in such a short time in any way that resembled healthily, wouldn't we all be at it and wouldn't we all be thin and beautiful ? :>
 
I knew someone who lost weight at a similar rate, 3 stone (42lbs) in a month.
Of course on the downside he had salmonella.
