Hey guys! I'm new to this site, but I've been in the weight-losing game about 3 and a half years now. I used to weigh 225 at the age of 18, that was my heaviest weight ever. At 5'8 I hid it pretty well but I was still fat and miserable. So i started eating super healthy and in ten days i lost 10 pounds. I was amazed but fell off the wagon shortly after and gained it back. I yo-yo'd for a while, but then the summer of 2007, my boyfriend left me. I was so depressed I just couldn't eat. Over that summer i lost 25 pounds bringing me to 200. By that time we had reconciled and once my appetite came back, I just started watching what i ate and exercising very rarely. I'd typically lose 5-6 pounds a month (which is why it took so long to get down to 165). I got down to 155 this summer, but the wrong way. I was barely eating, my boyfriend and i weren't doing well financially (we were living in our first apartment) so naturally once food was readily available i gained it all back. So here i am at 165 again, hoping to get down to 145-150 by this summer. Alright enough rambling... here are some pics !
