From 205lb to 160lb

I began my journey on December 29, 2007. It is amazing to think it has been over five months. Although I have been somewhat slack as of late in the exercise apartment due to uni stress, it does not mean I have given up. I await the holidays and forthcoming non-exam period to get back into it.

November 2007. I'd say about 94kg/207lb.

January 2008. 93kg/205lb. And very drunk.

February 2008. 84kg/185lb.

June 2008. 73kg/161lb

I still have a gut, some love handles, man boobs, which really annoys me. I know toning would help it out, but sometimes I feel it accomplishes nothing.

Need to really get my head into gear and do some serious toning, I'm aiming for about 66kg as I still have all the areas that plagued me. I guess patience is a virtue?

Great job! Going from pic 2 to 3 shows a big difference since you were wearing the same shirt and it shows more of you! Keep up the good work!

Good work. Keep at it to loose the lat few pounds or so. Also with weight loss notice how your skin changes, it now looks alot more healthier.

Great job dude! Start monitoring your body fat percentage instead of your weight! Only when your BF% gets low will you lose those things. That's really what "toning" is.

Interesting call, very interesting. How do you accurately calculate your body fat percentage?

Thanks for the advice however,
Shannon. :)

Don't make me blush Amy. :p

Sweetie, if I wanted to make you blush, I could have. :D Really though, you look fantastic and really are quite a hottie. You should be proud of yourself. Did those ab exercises ever get any easier?

I should update this thread.

A lot of people thought I looked like a stick figure in this photo, and I think I've put on some muscle/weight since then.

Hey Shannon!!!! Long time no see!!!

You do look quite slim in the photos. You look fantastic and I can see that you surpassed your weight loss goal. You need to post this at anotherdietforum.com too.

Congrats on keeping the weight off and try not to be such a stranger!!!

Amy

Hey, Amy! :D

Well, I've put on a bit of weight since then, only 2kg or 3kg and I'm tying to put on muscle! Yeah, I've been meaning to join and post there.
