From 160 to 139...gw 125

I lost the first 20 pounds pretty easily, but have come down to the last 15-20

-I was 160 Jan 2008, came down to about 135 in Oct/Nov 2009, and am currently 139.

-I'd like to get down to 125, I was at an elite level of gymnastics and dance, and really want to get back into it, and need to get my body back into that kind of shape.

-125 might not be attainable, and that's fine with me, I'd rather see inches gone and muscles created.

-My goal is to be working out 5 times a week, alternating between heavy cardio days, and heavy weight days

-I eat a healthy, and balaced "diet" with no junk food, and am weaning out all processed sugar, alcohol, and fast food.

Any tips and such are greatly appreciated!
 
Well, I renewed my gym membership, and with that, came a new fitness regime, so I've been hitting up the gym a lot more (made it 4 times last week, and have been going consistently now!)

Not to mention the weather's great! So there's so much more walking.
I feel healthier, not to mention have gone down 2 pounds...not much, but hey, it's on the way!
