hi there, i am 5'3 and started off at 142 pounds. noooot good! after lots of eating healthier and working out i am down to 125 lbs and have 5 more left to lose. however, i thought i would post the before and "in between" pictures that i have now! i think i see a big change. any other opinions?

the first 2 pictures are at my heaviest, 142ish pounds. those were taken like 16ish months ago.

the last 3 were taken this morning, at 125.5 pounds. how am i coming along?

Nice! You look great! Those are some really tough pounds to lose, nice job.

Time to start adjusting to a new lifestyle, make sure you don't sink into those bad habits. Since you've been on this journey for 16 months I can't imagine you won't.

Anyways, good job so far. You look great as is. Good luck on finishing up your goal!

haha you guys both just made my day a lot better!! :) and helped my confidence, too. it feels good having people to congratulate me on all the work ive put into this goal. so thank you! :)

Oh my god, i am so jealous , your body looks amazing!!! How is your stomach that toned, what exercises did you do to get your body like that? im extremely jealous:( WELL DONE LADY

thank you to everyone! its great motivation to finish up and get to my goal!

as for the excercises, i was in gymnastics for the longest time which is where i can credit my flat tummy too. i did abs like 5-6 days per week and i still do after quitting. i'm not sure if these names will make sense to everyone so i will try to post links to them. so, this is what i do on nearly a daily basis:

50 v- ups
50 hollow rocks
50 bicycles on each leg (although i do them much quicker then she does in this video)
50 alternating v-ups on each leg (again much quicker)
50 crunches
25 twisting sit ups
hollow hold (30 seconds x2)

if all that seems too tough at first, try cutting back and doing half of it. i dont always do all of it either but if i cant then i at least do vups, hollow hold/rocks, and bicycles :)

Wow. I hope when I get to my goal weight I look as good as you do. Did you do any cardio on a regular basis?
