For me, it is really about my friends. We both know I could kick there rears any day. But the ones who influence most, my parents. They arn't into this stuff. I don't understand how all this works and they won't listen when I try to tell them. It's so hard. In my household, my mum is always buying junk food. She makes me eat it too.
