500 SQUATS = body weight only, within 24 hours!


these fitness challenges are not about injury, they are about having fun, in a healthy challenging way. If you feel like 100 would challenge you then ok. many times we find out that it's alot harder than we think.

Are you only a beginner to fitness ? then a lower target may be more appropriate

Beginner - 100 Squats
Intermediate - 300 Squats

Did not make the 500, 350 was acceptable considering DOMS and arthritis in hips

Don't forget another Friday challenge will be posted next week.
