Fresh start!

Hi guys :)


I'm back. I've taken time out for a while, not been as strict with the exercise and healthy eating but i'm determined to get back with it now.


I started 8th January at 12st 9lb (I think!) (177lb)


My lowest I managed to achieve in September was 10st bang on! (140lb) and slowly i've managed to put a few more lb.


My scales this morning told me I was 10st 12lb (though I know its rubbish, I had take out last night so have all that in my system), by the time I get rid of all the bloat, I reckon i've of put on about 6lb so i'm gonna guess 10st 6lb. Booo!


So heres to getting back on track :D
