Free weights

Hiya my name is vicky and for about few weeks now i been using free weights and i do my weights like everynight and i also go to the gym to do cardio etc 4 times a week and recently i have put on weight quite fast like 5lbs and i just wonderd is it the muscle?
 
yes... or water weight, dont even bother noticing tiny weight changes like 5lbs, thats nothing, and you shouldnt lift weights everyday, your body needs a break, do it at most every other day, your muscles only grow when there resting.
 
Ive been eating alot more at tea time as i been to the gym like last night i had big portion of spaghetti boll and for my pudding i had mixture of fruit from a tin its probably because am eating more lol thats what am worried about

Also will this be helping me to get a fast metabolism!
 
eat 6 small meals a day, and drink tons of water, and keep working out and your metabolism will start to get allot faster. NEVER let your self get hungry, if you do let your self get too hungry your metabolic rate will slow down.
 
ilike try to eat every 3 to 4 hours or something i usually snack have my cereal and piece of fruit (bannana) and then about 3 0 4 hours after i have an apple and then for my lunch i have a bueghett ( sorry about spelling) and then i have another piece if fruit and then for my tea i usually eat my dads home made curry very nice low fat sauce no fat in the meat and lots of rice and for pudding tinned fruit and then for snack again some fruit and before i go to bed have glass of cold milk!

Is this ok?
 
the best bed time food has to be cottage cheese, most people hate the taste or they just dont know the taste yet and i sight of it makes them sick, dont know why i personally love the stuff. its loaded with casein protein its protein that stays in your body a long time and prevents nasty things like catabolism (body breaking down muscle for energy) and keeps you full till the morning.

as for your meal plan, looks pretty good, got the best snack in the world on there, an apple.
