I got a few training books I no longer require.

they are best for people who are looking to revamp there workout and learn some therory behind what they are doing.

Im not looking to make any money so If your a trustworthy member of the forum I'll send you the book you want as long as you promise to pay the postage or send the book back. each book was worth about £20 ($40) new.
I dont mind sending books outside europe as long as you pay the postage. (each book is about 1-2kgs)

if there is much intrest in the thread I'll post up the ISBN numbers so you can check the books out online.

please dont be greedy. I want these books to go to people who have a genuine intrest for weight training, and can not afford to buy new books.
