Emmm probably after, I cant really remember. At the start of this year I focused more on building muscle than cardio so I put on about 15lbs so I was still down 13lbs from when I started and I have more muscle mass now so I dont really look like I put on 15lbs.
Recently I decided to leave the muscle building for a while and go back to cardio. My hope is that if I drop 20lbs I will reveal the muscle I have built up a bit more. I am loving being back at the cardio its great for energy
Ahhhhh... love it!!! Muscle does definitely keep the composure looking much fitter!
I know what you mean when you say reveal the muscle you have built, because I feel my SIX PACK ...lol.... underneath this layer. And my guns could blast all the way to Georgia from California!
Oh.... damn. Did you hear that???
....I told you. !
Keep at it!! Let's do it!!! Confuse those muscles & get that cardio in..and the healthy clean eating & whala..... Poooooof, Magic!~
First weigh in for the July challenge. Looking forward to this.
I have p90x there which I may give a try later and see how that goes, while I am feeling highly motivated I might as well start it. If I couple that with 30 miles running/walking per week I am sure it will yield good results.
So far I have 20 miles done this week which was made up of 5 miles on Sunday, Monday Tuesday and Thursday. It usually takes me 75 minutes to complete the 5 miles so that is 5 hours of cardio so far this week.
So.. here I stand at 207.9lbs lets see what I can get to by next Friday
Remember - you can read about stuff online all day long but the magic does not start happening until you get out there and put in the hard work!
Yes!!!! You are back on it!!! I think you should definitely pop in the p90x!!! It's such an amazing program!!!! It's because of p90x that I can crank out a million pushups. Just1 do it!!! (maybe not a million, but 150 or so...)
