form check-deadlifts

Form looks pretty good.

Also; remind you that if you are using a overhand/underhand grip then the arm that is underhand you have to take that foot (the one closest to the underhand) and move it a little bit more out. This will balance your body when your pulling and will not put undue stress on one side of your body.

dude, everyone resets position in between reps :p (Well almost anyway)

Your lockout looks a bit short. Be sure to bring your hips all the way forward

your hips raise a bit faster than your shoulders at the start, though, you start with the hips pretty low so you could just start with your hips where they go automatically once you start the pull.

Oh and barefoot pwns for deadlifts ;)

thanks for the replies guys!
hey karks, is there anything wrong with my hips rising faster than my shoulders?
i dont really get what i'd do to fix it. make shoulders rise faster? make hips rise slower?
start with hips a bit higher?
i thought the begginning of the lift was with the legs anyway. first hips rise, then shoulders straighten after?

the angle between your back and the floor should be the same until the bar passes your knees, then you bring the hips through. Read around the technique article sticky.

i thought thats exactly what i was doing >.>
i dont see my hips coming forward until it passes my knees.
and the initial pushing is w/the legs...
ehh il check the stickies :]

it is just a tiny bit right off the floor, don't worry about it, it's really too small to worry about. But your lockout does look a bit short.

Really :eek2: I have never seen someone reset in between the reps I dont and I got taught how to do them by a very experienced lifter. Shoes the difference in training technique around the world. :yelrotflmao:
