Forearms

I do wrist curls, aswell as bicep curls, also a lot of back exercises work your forearms. I think its mainly the pulls which will work your forearms anyway.
 
I used to do wrist curls, reverse wrist curls. But the compound exercises I'm doing now seem to involve using my wrists alot, so thats good enough for me.
 
dont forget that if yourpoint your hands to the middle, facing each other, it focuses more on the bracialis, the biggest muscle of your forearm!
