Forearm workout

Can anyone suggest some basic forearm excersises that'll increase muscle size , as i feel that they are the worst part of my body muscle-wise. I dont have a weights bench or access to a gym but i do have dumbells...thanks

buy one of those cheap 1$ forearm crunchers, i got one, they work, i do them every morning when my sister is driving to skool, try it

Sitting down, hold the dumbbell in your hand and rest your arm on your thigh, w/ your wrist hanging off your knee. Then use your wrist and curl up.

I already have somewhat large forearms for a girl because of many, many years of classical piano training, but I like to do the wrist curls anyways (don't like to leave out a body part when training!)

i have MASSIVE forearms, i do lat bar pull downs pretty much a chin up, i have 13' forearms from doing this they were nearer to 9 a month or so ago. i did this so when i start doing much heavier bicep curls my forearms will beable to handle it.

The best exercises for developing the forearms are grip work. Examples include farmers walks, towel ups, fat bar work, static holds and plate pinching. Wrist curls might make your forearms bigger but they're not going to develop any useful strength.

I don't know the term for this excersise but I guarentee you will get hook'd.
Get a bar/wooden pole about 12 inches long
Tie some small rope or cord in the middle of it and have about 24 inches of slack. with that grab a ten pound weight and tie it around that, then just grab both ends of the poll and with your arms straight out slowly wind up the weight in a forward motion until it touches the rod and then slowly release it. It will burn like a mutha
Or just eat tons of spinache and hope to have forearms like popeye, that sailor has huge forearms!

I just got over Pitcher's Elbow (tendinitis in the inside part of my elbow), I just missed the need for Tommy John Surgery. What are some good forearm excercises that can strengthen both my forearm and the tendon without actually re-injuring the tendon

High rep hammer curls are good for preventing tendonitis. Try 3x20.
