Anybody have any experience with forearm pain?
I get on the outside of my left arm after any sort of bicep curling motion. Seems fine while lifting but then quite painful after I'm done. Doesn't happen with light weights just anything remotely heavy, I've tried barbell, dumbell, cables, and every vaqriation of these but still hurts, any ideas of a cause or a way to stop the hurting? Doctor just tells me to stop lifting until it stops doing that but I had 4 months off and it got no better. My form appears to be perfect.
