Force Couples for Anterior Pelvic Tilt

I am trying to counteract my Pelvic tilt. I have done some research about force couples which seems to make sense - you stretch the short/tight muscles that cause anterior tilt and build the long/weaker muscles that cause posterior tilt. Does this seem to make sense to you. Has anyone any experience in this? I am currently doing the 5x5 routine and so really, I suppose I should substitute squats for something like lunges and maybe deadlifts aren't the best either for a while.
 
Actually I think I may have been slightly paranoid as I was getting a bit of lower back ache but I've isolated that now to a bit of bad form on squats and dead lifts. I wasn't using my abs to protect my lower back and now I seem to have sorted it out. I think I may be slightly inclined to anterior tilting if I'm not careful but then most people are.
