For how long do you exercise?

I was wondering how much time everybody spends exercising.

I do 30 mins cardio 5 times a week and 15 min weight training 3 times a week. By the time I finish my 30-45 mins workout, I'm exhausted. Ive been exercising for over 3 months now and its frustrating because I'd like to do 1 hour cardio/day. Any advice or tips as to what you do if you exercise for 1 hour or more per day?
 
Planned workouts for me never go over an hour, even when training for competition. Sometimes other forms of exercise will over eg. a 2 hour walk to the shops but that is more necessity rather than an exercise choice.

Remember that it's all cumulative. You can split your workouts up throughout the day if you prefer to. You can do 30 in the morning and 30 later if you want. You could even do 15 min 4 times a day. Either way it will equal an hour at the end of the day. This is what I do when my goal is an hour that day since I don't like to do cardio for so long. But I usually do 15min of HIIT in the morning. I may do another type of cardio later on in the late afternoon too for a total of (X)min that day. Find what suits you best.

I can easily do over an hour in the gym. Just split things up. I do 30 minutes on the treadmill, 30 min on the stationary bike, 15-20 mins on the eliptical, and then I do my weight lifting which is usually around 30 minutes.

If your not already doing it, get some music playing. It helps to keep my mind occupied so that I dont focus on the time so much.

Whats your goal ????
I Normally do 3 sessions a week for around 50mins-1hour depending on my current training goal .
Conditioning would take around 40mins a time 3 times a week

You dont have to exercise everyday ... Your not giving your body time to recover , by the sound of it your suffering from the effects of over training .

You could have some of the following
Irritability
Depression
Constant muscle soreness
High's and low's
Constant fatigue
Temper

Jay - Ya maybe I should try doing 1 hour cardio/day every other day that way my body can rest a little more. I'm gonna give that a try next week.

Mr. Love - Wow, that's an insane workout! I hope I can build up to that! Music helps big time.

Emarald - I really wish I could do this - it would solve my problems, but I'm at university for most of the day so by the time I get home in the evening, I'm too lazy to have a second exercise session.
