Foods & Protien Shakes

Hi Guys,

Just a quicky. Trying to get as much protien as possible into my diet IE Eggs, Tuna, Beef, fish, steak. Are there any other simple foods I could come across to increase my protien intake that do not take long to prepare and could buy pretty much from the supermarket?

Also using maximuscle high protien Promax after every weights session I do. Will this really help me build myself up?

Also I know I should be drinking more maximuscle high protien Promax per day, but if I do i'm in the toilet all-day and night! So any other tips anyone can give me for drinks and foods?

Chicken, turkey, Pork, trail mix, beans, rice, cottage cheeses, peanuts... just start looking at the labels. Also, u should mix milk with your protein shake if u don’t already. And dont overload on protein. Only take what ur body needs for recovery.
