It's wednesday,but i've totally got that monday feeling still...it just seems like this week is dragging on by.However,I am happy with how my eatings and exercising is going!I haven't lost any more weight,I'm just hovering on 10 stone at the moment and that's ok,i'm happy with that!hehe i'm expecting it to creep up soon though as it's that dreaded week haha but I always lose it straight after though,it's just big baggy jumpers and lots of water for the time being!
PANCAKE DAY YESTERDAY ahhh I just love it!It's so much fun,I went to a friends house and we all lil compertitions to see who could make the best!It certainly wasn't me though,being all cocky I tried to flip one but it went to high and landed straight back onto the hob!Smoke billowing everywhere haha oh dear.But it was such fun.
I had three,but they were quiet thin hehe I made sure I had my standard breakfast and lunch (porridge,cuppa soup,fruit,low fat yoghurt) to make sure I could afford them calorie-wise,so I don't feel too guilty.I also went out for a 10 min jog after work,so I got a bit of exercise in there too.
Today I've had so far
Breakfast-
Bran flakes and cherrios with no milk.(My god i'm addicted to the bran right now!haha it just tastes so good,I could bloomin live off it!) I reckon it must have come to about 160 calories in all.
I plan to have a lovely cup of tea as a snack in a min!I've been holding off for a while,but it just has to be done!
For lunch I plan to have-
Cup a soup tomato and basil (56 cals)
Weight watchers orange yoghurt (50 cals)
1 X riveta dark rye (31 cals)
a large handful of red grapes (which I also just love at the moment!Shame they're pretty expensive

! ) (40 cals)
And for dinner i'm not too sure.I made vegie and bean burritos the other day,made my own low fat tortillas and everything!and they were lovely! (If I do say so myself haha)
I had some left over,so I may make myself a vegetable wrap,my boyfriends coming over so maybe I will so he can have some to!
I've got into baking my own snacks are things lately.I made some nice cookies the other day,that only had a tiny bit of margarine in them,not much sugar and they tasted lovely.Much better than going out and buying some,it's like,if I bake them myself I take more time enjoying the finished product!As aposed to just skoffing the lot.

I make them last longer,and save money to!All good stuff.
I'm really enjoying my new job,although it's tiring,it's good to be on my feet all day because I know it's good for my body!I feel like i'm really working for my meals,instead of just sitting all day watching the clock.Wish I was able to quit this placement though,silly uni!Ah well,I'll just try and tough it out.
Skipping when I get in!
Geeeeez last time I did it I could barely manage two mins!Crikey,I need to get into more of a routine with it!Tik my lovely,do you have days in the week/times in the day you dedicate to skipping!?
