I'm back again. *sigh* The past few months have been a complete yo-yo disaster. So im back again and trying to loose a lot!

I have a party that im going to in three weeks... im aiming to loose at least 5lbs before i go... so hopefully look a bit better then i do now. :(

so.. here goes.

Breakfast:
small bacon and sausage roll (was late rising so had to grab food at work.)

Lunch:
Small bowl of lettuce, cauliflower and a stick of celery with a drizzled of balsamic vinegar and salad seasoning.
small sausage and a thin slice of edam cheese.

Supper:

Snacks:
A galaxy ice cream. :eek:
a banana

Drinks:
1 mug of milky tea
1.5lts of water
 
argh... had a horrible day at work yesterday. Ended up snacking because i was so bored. Got to find a way round that... Also got to stay away from the fizzy drinks.

Breakfast:
Bowl of fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk

Lunch:
lettuce, cucumber, stick of celery, small bit of home made dressing
1 southern fried chicken portion

Dinner:

Snacks:
necterine
1 mint magmum.

Drinks:
1 cup of milky coffee
3lts of water
 
good for you for staying away from the fizzy drinks... ;) that's progress...

doesn't sound like you did badly foodwise today, but you might want to stay away from the fried chicken next time... or at least not eat the skin (which of course is usually the best part... :D b ut you're making good choices...:)
 
Thanks hun... sometimes temptation just gets the better of me. :(

Anyways.. ive now started the rice diet... so hopefully things will start happening. :D

Breakfast:
2 apples
1 peice of whole grain bread with a small layer of marg
1 cup of dry (cries) shreddies

Lunch:
1 cup of pasta with a sprinkle of cajun
1 apple
1 orange

Dinner:
2/3 cup of rice with herbs
1 apple
1 orange

Drinks:

I hope dearly that i dont get bored of this... lol
