CW 279.4 again today
Breakfast - oatmeal
Snack - mixed nuts, 5 dehydrated apricots
Lunch - cup'o'noodles
Dinner - pending...
Noticed today that some pants I put on that were snug before now fit nicely (loosely). That's the first sign I've seen in clothing. Am noticing in the mirror that my "butt shelf" for lack of a better term doesn't seem as prominent and my belly roll in the front seems softer, kind of like right after I had my boys and the belly for a while was really soft and jiggly rather than taut. Signs of some shrinking. Keeping thinking this is going soooooooo slowly, but the trend line on my excel graph is going at the same rate down over all. Averaging around 2 pounds a week, so a good rate and still on pace for 100 pounds in 1 year.
Overall pleased and happy with the steady progress.
