FlyinFree- Headed to IronMan!

careful about your favorite bathroom. Someone might catch on and install and hidden cam :) lol

mmmmmm...that last one a very interesting pose lol

you still not meet George Micheal in that rest room?????:)

that is the bathroom on the upper tampa bay nature trail. I train on that trail all the time.

sometimes I run there, and other times I am riding, but when i am that far from th house, i am always pumped up. So, the testosterone make me LOVE ME, and so hey- PICTURE TIME! hehehe

that was a fun time. i am feeling so strong and lean right now. It feels damn good too.

and the bullseye, is actually a "crosshairs"

my life has shown me that I lead with the heart, and therefore it is like the worl can shoot me in the heart at any given moment. And so, that is the world's rifle sites on my heart. Keeps me in check to remember to keep my heart where it belongs and who really owns it.

IT IS A MUCH DEEPER TATOO THAN "shoot here" lol! i get more comments on that tat than any other.

That is so weird. You are taking all of your pictures in the same bathroom, hahaha.

Nice glasses Morpheus

It would actually be weirder, if I was taking pictures of myself in bathrooms all over the city, wouldn't it. hahahahah BUT I DO THAT TOO. i like me. :luxlove:

I've ridden with FF many times and seen his calves up close and while I think my calves are decent, his are awesome!

I wished I lived closer to you guys... You two seem really cool and seem to want to help others... Come on over to North Carolina!

FF, the dropzone is really close to the house too! :yelrotflmao:

70.3 Orlando M-Dot Ironman event.....

7 hours 18 minutes - lost the race mentally the night before. Survived the damn thing due to training and support of this place.

a response I got from a 5 time Ironman: (adding to my road to remember the TRUTH) take note of this sparrow:

At some point you need to enjoy pain in your training. . be at peace with the suffering and just understand that it is always going to hurt. . then you will be able to push through it and then things will actually get easier and more fun. I use to hate running. . but I have found that I just need to suck up and run faster and I have been dropping my training runs froma 9:30 pace to around a 8:30 pace. . not because I got stronger all of a sudden, just because I am learning to deal with the pain. . and I am not a good runner that is obvious.

Do your ankles hurt you or anything when you run for 14 miles straight? Do you take any supplements? I am having ankle problems lately and havent been able to jog. Sprain like over a month ago still hurts bad.

TJ's first continuous run 5K event. he ran it in 30:32. the run was hilly, all fairly dep grass and rocks, some woods.

Lil dude is getting strong. he managed his pace, and effort very well, breath, he got runaway breath and paced down a few times, he HANDLED it!

very proud dad.. BUT i still had to come in at 30:31 ... hehhee
