next Ironman Event is the 70.3 M-Dot at Disney- tlevised baby! hoping for a glimpse hehehee :)
 
1/2 Marathon Gasparilla Distance Classic- 1:43:00, 7:50 pace. (i will update the post when I get solid stats and splits and such.

thanks for asking- that visor is my first and only 9so far) item I have ever won running. they gave those for the top 50 finishers at a trail 1/2 marathon i did not too long ago. :jump1:

I agree. You look hecka fit but I know those pictures don't do you justice.

OK! here it is- Iron condition! Rode for 3 hours and ran for an hour. Everything is set. Had a lil excited photo shoot in my favorite, 14 miles away bathroom.
