flyes

When you're doing flyes you're supposed to squeeze your chest together, but what about the people that are really skinny would there be any point in doing flyes since the pecs arent bulked up?
 
Course there is, you can still squeeze your chest if you havnt got a bulked chest. My chest is my biggest weakness and its not big at all, but its definately getting bigger and stronger and i do flys.

Also when my arms move back down i try and make sure my elbows go as low as possible, pulling my chest apart.
 
The logic is circular. Flyes are just another tool in your chest routine. You don't necessarily have to do them, but there's no reason to think because you're lacking size, you shouldn't do them.
