Flumes Journal....

Flumes, My condolences... It sounds like she was quite a woman in her day, adn those remembrances are the things that will keep her around in everyone's hearts.

Thoughts are with you and yours.

I'm back.

Got twisted last night....by myself....and now have a wicked headache.
No idea how many calories in tylenol but I'll cut out dessert tonite to be safe lol.

I have a million threads to catchup on so I won't bore you here.....but I just wanted to say thanks for the thoughts guys.

There is a tray of cookies staring at me....it must weigh around 20 lbs.....(approx 9 kgs, 1.5 stone...etc etc etc....)that was delivered yesterday. I'm going to try to limit myself to 12 today lol. Seriously, we wont have to buy cookies for a year. I think I'll freeze em :)

Ok.....coffee time.....Have a great day guys! I just looked out the window and we got our first snow on the ground here.

Talk later guys...good to be back :)

COOKIES!!!!! :drool5:

I don't know if I could resist having them just sitting there. Wouldn't want them to get dried out and go to waste you know...

My kids keep asking when I'm going to buy Halloween candy. My plan is to pick up what ever is left in the store either the day of or day before - otherwise I won't be able to leave it alone!

Good luck with the willpower there Flumesy!

Got some pics from our last visit in Toronto and thought to share one.
Yup...still got a gut. But we're gettin' there.

Oh be still my beating heart....

I don't think I've ever seen a picture of you before Flumes - believe me I would have remembered!

I ever mention that I have a thing for older gentlemen? :drool5:

Oh my god ladies....go for the young studs. I was always a fan of older women....even in my younger days. Its a certain je ne sais quois....or maybe it was EXPERIENCE! lol

(But thanks for the compliments...very nice to hear)

I gotta say Flumes, they're right. You're a good lookin dude (he says in his most hetero sounding voice...) :leaving:

Seriously though, did you say you've had snow? Damn... you aren't actually all that far away from me in the grand scheme of things being in New England and that idea does not make me happy...

If England ever gets snow the economy grinds to a halt for about 2 months. We had like an inch last Christmas and the buses and taxis pretty much stopped, we had road accidents everyyywhere and weather warnings taking up all of the news. Was craaaaazy.

LOL Jay. Some parts of Canada are under a permanent blanket of snow year round. We usually only get 5 months of whiteness here. Average snowfall for the year is 3.3 meters.....and have had up to 4.5 meters.
It kinda sucks here if you don't like winter or sex. lol

Thanks Cabbie....your not bad yourself! <no homo> lolol
Didnt you guys get plastered with snow last year??
<Go Patriots!>

Sunflower....I can imagine how snow can play havoc in England. We see the same thing happening in Southern Ontario, (8 hour drive from here)....people still think they can drive 120 km/hr and then stop on a dime. We're pretty used to it up here as it can snow as late as June and as early as September. (Sucks when you're camping in a tent and your zipper's frozen! lol

Im workin today....(actually doing something for a change so no time to catch up on your threads. <I'm sure I'll be missing out on some good stuff>

Have a great Friday!!!!!!!
