Whew

I started getting nervous because my last couple of weigh ins were 198 199...

I thought for sure I was going to hit 200...but I wasnt eating that bed. Then I realized my water intake was low.
Back to 196. YAY

At the gym almost every day. 1/2 hour on the treadmill and some machined weights.

I hope to get the courage to start running....I feel like such a donky on the treadmill...I dont want to run like a dork. Some of the peeps there run like a gazelle...just so fluidly. I think I'm going to wait till theres nobody in there before I try.

Food has been pretty good. Every day is similar.

Oatmeal for breakfast
Snack of a fruit and 1 oz of cheese
Lunch will be turkey and lettuce
or a couple of hard boiled eggs and lettuce
Snack of some fruit or peperette (canadian dried sausage snack)
Dinner - (heres where I need to control myself)
- last nite was 1 4 oz piece of salmon, 10 brussel sprouts, 1 italian sausage....and my darn kids had pizza and it looked sooo good I had to grab a slice. Way too much food for one sitting but I just couldnt pass up the pizza.
Oh well...I need to see 195 by Feb 20th. Then 190 by March 20th I think thats reasonable.

We leave for Cuba on March 20th and I want to look and feel my best.

Its been a few days since I've been here. A week's vacation and kids hockey has my mind elsewhere.
The scale wasnt too friendly either with one morning just tipping 200. FFS I thought I'ld never see that evil number again

Anyways, I'm back at 197.8 this morning...

I eat a mango a day. Delicious!!!

I do need some better control of chips and pasta tho.

Ohhh...had four beer at a house party one nite....ffs...I didnt know you could gain 2 lbs with four beer! I was really upset with myself

So i switched back to rum! lol

Anyways, food has been pretty good. More veggies and less fatty foods
No more beer
Little bread

But that fukkin water is difficult during winter. I know thats what I need more of.

Grrrr

Anyways...I'll check in in a few days again

OMG! Almost a month since my last post.

Well...I did well until my trip to Cuba. Left home at 196.6 lbs. Came back a whopping 205 lbs! 7 days of eating and drinking way too much.

But I'm back....and even more confident than ever to keep plugging away at it.

Its only been two days and already lost two pounds :) Probably water (and alcohol lol) but still a great feeling!

Hopefully post more often in the next bit...till I get to onederland anyways!
