I measure my weight once a week, in the morning right after waking up on an empty stomach.
I'm currently bulking and it's a big fight to keep the weight on, and pack on more weight. I'm a true ecto. But i've been trying hard, and so far, so good.
I was sick for about three days this week,my appetite was very low, but I tried and I ate as much as I could.
When I weighted myself this morning I noticed a weight loss of 3 pounds since 7 days ago.
This is too much, I expected at least to maintain the weight or maybe loose one pound worst case scenario, because I still ate plenty will I was sick.
I had the flu, and my question is, is it possible that part of the weight lost is water weight, I kept drinking a lot of water as usual while I was sick, but when you've got the flu do you lose a significant amount of water weight, or the pounds that I lost came mostly from muscle/fat ?
