Flexibilty

I am now getting into... Diving/Gymnastics... I really would like to know of any excersises I can do to make my back and legs more flexible... Or just to make me more flexible... I would love to be able to do the splits and do proper piek form... Any advice will help thanks.
 
multiple stretching sessions a day...remain as active as you can so facia doesn't tighten too much...maybe try stretching after a hot shower...mite b a good idea to get a postural asessment as you may have tight muscles / imbalances that could hinder ur chances i.e. tight hip flexors lead to lordosis which wood make it hard to do splits i wood think
 
Definitely talk with swim/dive coaches and see what they recommend. Flexibility is something that must be worked on day in and day out. A regular and comprehensive stretching routine would be necessary.

General, hatha yoga classes could do the trick, but you may need something a bit more focused- hence I mentioned talking with you or a coach to get specifics.
