Flexibility.......

I was wondering if there are any excercises that would compliment bulking or gaining muscles. I find that the bigger or more muscle you put on, you tend to lose flexibility. I try to stretch as much as I can pre/post workouts.

I would like to do a post workout stretching routine for 15-30 minutes. Any recommendations?

I find that yoga, 2-3x a week had helped me increasing my flexibility. When you practice yoga, try to put as much effort into the stretch as you do lifting weight. When i am done with my yoga practice, my shirt is wet like i weight train with cardio.
 
I'm with tic, for flexibility Yoga is definately the way to go. It'll also work toward toning. Good luck!
 
Yes, the more you workout the more you will have to work on flexibility, as muscle hardens it is in a somewhat contracted state. The Z lines in some fibers have converged and you will need to use flexibilty to extend these. Typicaly self mysofascial technique is what you should be doing if you are weight training. the tendons are made up of collagen for a reason to provide stabilization for the joint and if you static stretch that joint too much it may become too elastic like and therefor the muscle and joint will become unstable.
