So I've had a great day so far. Went to the gym and got a three day pass to try it out. So far I love it! The time I go it isn't busy and the employees there are great. Jogged half a mile and walked half a mile on an incline. Also did about five minutes on the elliptical. Then did some weight lifting. Legs only today. I won't be going on weekends. So Monday I'll do some more cardio and work my upper body with weights. They have some fitness classes to that I think I'll try out. Not sure when though. Once I get my official membership, I get a complimentary personal training session, so I'm looking forward to that!
For lunch I had some noodles with chicken flavored sauce. 400 cals. ( didn't eat it all, but I'd rather overcalculate than undercalculate. Also had a granny smith apple. Drank a lot of water so far today, plan on doing more of that.
For dinner I'm going to have a turkey sandwich and some pretzels. Will probably have some sort of snack later on. And tonight is wine night with the fiance, so I can't wait to get through work and home for that.
Feeling great since my workout. I know I'll be sore tomorrow, but it'll be good. I'll rest over the weekend and hit it hard on Monday.
Loving the engagement pictures we did yesterday, but hating the way I look. That's my key motivator here.
