Flatten Chest and Skinny Legs

Look, I'm 15, I want to flatten my chest, and get my legs skinny. But my main objective is to flatten my chest, I have sort of man boobs. I'm a male, around 5" 9.

I eat normal food every day like a bagel for lunch and maybe steak, pasta, chicken, etc. for dinner. Never really eat breakfast, don't have time. Summer there will be time for that though.

I don't work out much but I'm not fat, I'm pretty skinny, it's just my chest that sticks out, I'm around 140-150 in weight.

A workout schedule would be nice, please, summer is here and I don't want to feel embarrassed. I'm trying to get to a "skinny white boy" look, thank you.
 
Yeah, read the stickies regarding diet and weight lifting. Your diet sounds awful, you should never skip breakfast, breakfast is essential to weight loss funnily enough. Try and eat 5-6 smaller meals a day rather than the 2 it sounds like you eat now
 
Thanks for the information on the diets thing. But the diets won't help my chest get flat and legs get skinny with just that.

What exercises should I do, a schedule would be nice.

Yes, a diet will do exactly what you want.
 
Okay okay.

Now how about the legs, my legs calves are currently like 4 Inches long, and I'm trying to get it to a normal size of 2 inches.
