Flat Stomache

My wieghts are made out of water pipe and lead.

Nothing like home made equipment, though not everyone has the benefit of living in an old house that has lead in the roof.

If you really can't afford weights, the local tip or skip bins are your friend.
Some people throw out weights, but if you're not that lucky, find some bowling balls and screw in some heavy duty handles - Instant 5kg kettlebells.

There's plenty of different shapes and sizes of scrap iron in bins, it's not hard to find some pieces of acceptable dimensions and weight. (I have some weird bits, I have no idea what they are for, but they weigh about 9kgs each and are perfectly balanced to hold)

Finally - Lead. Awesome stuff, ok so it's poisonous, but if you find a good chunk (or rather, a sheet of it) you can cut it up and melt it down (try to do it outside, and breath as few fumes as possible).

If you do find some lead, cover it with tape after you've shaped it into whatever shape you want, that way you won't be touching it all the time.

If you don't like the whole home-made approach, go to some garage sales or those big faires where people sell things out of the boot of their car.

You'll be suprised what you can afford, a pair of dumb bells with assorted weight plates can go for as little as $10.
I've seen people throw out entire work stations. (only twice though, and both times I was kicking my own arse because I didn't have a trailer to pick them up with.)

I'm actually just gonna save up. I don't want to play with anything poisonus. . . . .

Anyway, I just want the exercise to flatten the stomache & chest area right now. So what is that.

Oh, & my friend George, has sort of a problem, his buttocks are a little big, he wanna know how to make em' smaller. Can you help me with that too?
 
Ah, Lunges for the buttocks perhaps?

I've never had that problem.

To Flatten the stomach you want running, it'll burn off that fat layer.
Then to build the muscle under the fat you want crunches. Crunches might be a bit of a challenge for a first time, so perhaps do hand-slides instead (or curl ups, whatever you want to call them)

For chest do press ups, but put your hands wider than your shoulders, it will put more pressure on your chest.

Lunges are where you take a step forward and put your weight onto your forward leg, bending it down to about 90 degrees.

I can't guarantee it will do anything for your arse shape/size, I do quite a bit of bike riding and my arse has always been fine, perhaps get him onto a cycle.
