I haven't been here for a while. I started dieting and fell of the wagon.. the usual... BUT this is will be my year.. I will start my Journey today....

I am 28, 5'1 and 185lb :piggy:. My goal is to go to gym 5 days a week and start off by taking aerobic classes then work my way to the treadmil... Last time I lost about 35 lb by running only... Let's see if I can do this again.........:smash::smash::smash: .... of course I can do it again... there's no one to stop me but me.... I have done this before and I can do it again.......so here I go.........:party:
 
Yesterday was my first day back at the gym. I took an aerobic class. after that I weight myself... I AM 189LB....gosh, that's horrible!!!..... I really let myself go.... anyways, I have to change myself...I can't live like this...
 
Hey!! found your journal!! Keep it up girl :) just dont overwork yourself... I always do that and get burt out and end up quitting. Anyway Just wanted to pop in and say GOOD LUCK! I know you can do it and I WILL be checking in on you :p :p :)

I wasn't doing very well with diet and workout this weekend. I got a cold and in top of that we are painting out house. had a work out moving the furniture though. I am also moving next week so will be too busy this week packing things. I have to keep in mind to maintain my diet at the very least.

I finished my move last week. I will be starting my exercise today. My diet did not go as well as I hoped for. so let's do this again.. I feel so tired after work and don't want to go to gym. that's my problem.. I need more motivation...
 
First day of the gym was gr8. I was on the treadmil for 1/3 hr... not bad for the first day. I will slowly work my way up...

So I checked my weight yesterday and found that i was 185lb! I guess the move done me good.... I am really happy.. If little things like that can make me lose weight, then I can definetely meet my goal with little changes :)
 
So i told my husband that I really wanted to go on a vacation. I really want to go to vegas As usual he said " no. we need to save money" blah blah blah.... after days of asking him and making pouty faces, he said YES..... well in 1 condition: to lose 20lb by May!


I hope I can obtain it in 3 months. That means I have to be 165lb by May..... hmmmm....

It does seems like he is bribing me, but if that can motivate me to lose the weight so be it!!!..lol....

have been going to gym for past 3 days for half an hr. I will increase it to 1 hr next week.
As for my diet, I am controling my portions and eating more veggies.

I was looking at my Honeymoon pics yesterday. I was so thin back then. I barely recognized myself. I looked so pretty and happy. IT was only 2 years ago... I really miss that person.. I want to be that person again......
 
Yesterday I was pretty good with my diet. I need to eat more fruits though and cut down those carbs starting next week.
I walked on the treadmile for 1/2 hr. Based on my weigh in on sunday, I will change my exercise and food habits.

I met a girl yesterday at the gym that I haven't seen for a while. A month ago she she had told me that she lost 30 lb by taking 2 aerobic classes everyday. I saw her yesterday and she told me she lost about 15 lb with the personal trainer she's been going to for past 3 weeks. she is working her butt off since she is getting married in few months.... she asked me to workout with her tueday and thursdays when she's not with her trainer. so I think i will go for it.
it's better to have a gym partner. It makes it so much easier. you can push eachother whenever u feel like giving up. that's one of the reason how I lost 35-40 lb 2 years ago. My previous gym buddy moved to another state :-( anyways, I just home with this one I can keep up with her.. she is on fire!!...lol...
 
This weekend I was really bad. Wasn't watching what I was EATING and did not go to gym. On the the flip side, I was cleaning and fixing my new home :)...... anyways, today is a new day, starting the week fresh. My goal is to do cardio for 1 hr this week.

Well, so much for 1 hr cardio this week. I haven't gone to to gym the entire week! Theres too many things going out at home after work and cant get around to do some exercise. I am so disapponted in myself.....

I can't go to gym until the weekend. The contractor for our kitchen remodeling will be coming in from today.

If I keep on doing this I won't able to reach my goal for May. I really need some motivation and get myself going.....I need to meet up with my gym buddy and start working out....
 
Wowwww... that was a loooonnnnngggg break..
Since february, I had lost about 12 lbs but went right back plus more I think.
These few months have been so stressful for me. I am still stressed out but I have to start going back to gym.
I have high blood pressure and don't want to start taking meds. I am only 29... So I will start gym today. I have to get this blood pressure thing under control.
 
I have been watching what I have been eating for past week and started exercise in the morning!
I just want to get it out of the way so I dont make excuses after work, and not go. I take spinning class at 6:45am for 45 min. It fun and I really sweat... ohh plus the pain in my butt and legs..lol...

Lets see if I lose weight this week. If not, then I will have to either work on my diet or do more exercise!!
 
boredom and tired....of loosing my big weight...and other thing on that is the depression that i felt but what i read within this forum...felt much better and stunning while reading all of their posts...thanks guys!
 
Ok.. 1 week of watching what I ate and 4 days gym and I lost 5lb! that's awesome....

I don't care if it's the water weight.. I will take it!!!

I am 181lb now :hurray:

I am almost on my way to 170 Club.. Can't weight....

Today is my :chillpill: day.. didn't go to gym and cheated a lil at lunch.. had 6 pieces of seasoned fries and a grilled salmon burger:drool5:

Tomorrow, I will go back on my track and go for kickboxing class in the morning.. hope I lose 5lb again next week!
 
Man, I slacked off this weekend..

I ate chinese, I ate rice, I ate sushi.. I was horrible ... I did went for my kick boxing class on saturday... well I gotta make it up this week..

I checked my weight this morning at my home scale and it said 181.5, but when I checked the scale at the gym, it said 183.5.. So I am not sure which is correct. Could my scale be wrong all along... have I not lost 5 lb last week?.... I gotta tell someone else to check the weight on my scale then I will know for sure...
