I haven't been here for a while. I started dieting and fell of the wagon.. the usual... BUT this is will be my year.. I will start my Journey today....
I am 28, 5'1 and 185lb
iggy:. My goal is to go to gym 5 days a week and start off by taking aerobic classes then work my way to the treadmil... Last time I lost about 35 lb by running only... Let's see if I can do this again.........

day.. didn't go to gym and cheated a lil at lunch.. had 6 pieces of seasoned fries and a grilled salmon burger
