I just had a baby five months ago and I have tried to hit the gym but it really hasn't been that successful, I have arranged my schedule where I can go to the gym Mon - Friday for 30 minutes and Saturday I can go for 1 hour. I really need to tone my entire body, ESPECIALLY MY LEGS AND BUTTOCKS and my tummy. I would also like to raise my rear. What can I do. Should I concentrate on Cardio, or Weights. Someone please provide me with an effective workout schedule based on my limited time. I forgot to include my age is 28 and I am 5'4.
 
Im no professional trainer, but I work out a lot and so far I have gotten some good results so I will throw in my opinion.

Start on Monday with some cardio then upperbody weight training on Tues, cardio wed, lower body on thursday, cardio on Friday, upperbody on Sat, rest on Sunday then start over, but the next week make tuesday a lowerbody day and so on.


30 minutes is a bit short for weights I usually recommend 45 minutes, but do your best to make that time count
