fitness training

Hi, i was windering if anyone could give me some advice on running/fitness im currently just starting out.. and to be honest im not sure what to do ive been out running for about 30mins but i am unfit so wasnt constant running.. any tips or anything.. appreciated!
 
I would keep doing what you're doing, but add in some intervals a few days a week. Something like 2 minutes as hard as possible with one minute walking repeated ten times should be effective and help you maintain a solid pace on your longer runs.
